Steps

1. 1Choose Feedback in the header menu.
2. 2Choose “Report or request”, pick whether it is an issue or a feature idea, give it a short title and describe it.
3. 3Everyone who is signed in can see the list. Click an item to read the details and any replies.
4. 4Its status shows how it is going: Open (new), Pending (waiting for information or a decision), In action (being worked on) or Closed.
5. 5You can add more detail to your own items while they are open, and you will get a notification when we reply or change the status.
6. 6If something has already been reported, we mark yours as a duplicate of the original and tell you. Problems we are working on can also appear under Known issues on the System Status page.
